I currently have two lists:
- List A - Request form (stock SP form) with a "department" field
- List B - "Department Approvers" list with two fields: "department"(lookup) and "approver"(people or group) (1:1)
My goal is to create a K2 workflow that will send an email to the approver based on the department selected in List A. The workflow will ideally look at the selected department in List A and look up who the designated approver is in List B and set that individual as the email recipient.
I've already created a Smart Object for List B. This is my third day working with K2 Blackpearl and am jumping around in the initial training videos. Thank you in advance for your help.
