Symptoms

So if my folder structure is collapsed (Operations => Smartforms => Forms => whatever.form) and I click the checkbox at Operations, all of the items within the folder aren't added. I need to expand the tree and select everything for it to appear.
 

Diagnoses

The issue has been confirmed by our LABS support team and a TFS item has logged on this issue.
 

Resolution

It might be possible to work around the issue by checking the top level category and then expanding the category, you will have to make sure that all the included items are checked.
