Hi,

I was wondering how one can see who has a lock on a worklist item ?

I can't find the way to do it, but it has to exist.

Thanks

Worklists Item info can be found in k2 workspace in worklists , here you can see all the worklists and which user has a particular task.

But you may need a admin rights to view all the tasks in worklists

Hi,

Thanks for the help.

I already checked here. Indeed I can see the destination, but if the destination is a group and the worklist item is open, I can't find a way to know which user has locked the item.

Example :

"MyGroup" contains users "Bob", "Dylan", and "Joe"

"TheTask " is assigned to "MyGroup".

The status of "TheTask" is "Open".

How to find who has locked "TheTask" (without asking the users ;)) ?

Regards

Usually this information can be obtained from management worklist. If you dont see it there, then your destination rule is not set to "resolve roles/groups to users". So at runtime, that information is not available.

Hi,

That was indeed my problem. The checkbox was not checked, so only groups appeared on the worklist management page.
