Diagnoses


We have been experiencing an issue where each morning we have to refresh the CRM service instance as the connection from K2 to the CRM server breaks overnight.

please help..

 

Resolution


Provided Cold-Fix to resolve bug resulting in the CRM Connection Token timing out and not being able to request an updated Login Token

The DLL simply fixes a bug in our code that did not cater for the expiration of the CRM Connection Login Tokens . If there are no further questions regarding this issue , could you please close the ticket
