Runtime URL Doesn't Work

We recently installed smartForms and I've started developing my first smartForm. It looks good in Designer, but when I get the Runtime URL and try to use it the page errors out. Can you please help us get this up and running?

The URL looks like this: https://:4444/Runtime/Runtime/Form/Name Change Form/

We have verified that port 4444 is up and running on the box.
 

Resolution

K2 Workspace > Management > Modified the environmental library object for Runtime URL and conducted a full IIS reset.
