Symptoms
When opening the K2 Runtime site for the staging environment a ?No such host is known? error is displayed.
Diagnoses
During a client meeting it was also noticed that Workspace displayed the following error: ?Unable to resolve address [K2 app staging NLB name] and port 5252. No such host is know.?
When attempting to Ping the [K2 app staging NLB name], a host could not be found error was displayed.
Resolution
Requested client to verify the DNS entry for the [K2 app staging NLB name] with their DNS admin. Client confirmed that after rectifying the DNS entry, the issue was resolved.
