I have an event that calls a smartobject (Activity Instance Destination) which wasn't returning any data running as the K2 SERVICE. I changed Run As user on the event to my Domain Administrator account (DENALLIXAdministrator) and now the event returns the correct value. Any thoughts on why this won't run properly under the K2 Service?

 

Resolution

It is likely that the (DENALLIXAdministrator) account have "Admin" or "View" on the Process Rights on these processes to view reporting data. Please try giving the K2 service account "View" rights on the process(s) and retest.
