Hi

I have successfully configured a custom provider to work under K2.

the thing is that this custom provider has users and roles; each role contains a number of users.

how can i apply the round robin for a role that is defined in the custom provider. the task allocation smart object  round robin works only for Roles defined in K2.?

P.S. The number of roles in my custom provider are huge and i just cant create a role in K2 that matches a role in the provider.
