Symptoms
Right Click Menu not working again in VS 2010 K2 Extension.
Diagnoses
Visual Studio Extensions go missing, this is a known issue with VS itself.
Resolution
This issue was resolved by running the following
devenv.exe /resetuserdata
devenv.exe /resetsettings
devenv.exe /setup
Then on startup choosing not to import settings.
