Symptoms
Rich Text field Rendering issue when it's dynamically shown/hidden.
Diagnoses
I have issues with the rich text control in IE 11. The control seems to have html rendering problems when it's dynamacally shown/hidden.
This happens for IE 10 as well
Resolution
This is a known issue and it has been linked to existing TFS item. Workaround provided is to set the Height property of the control via the rule.
