Retrieving \Respond to Task\" Form URL."

Hi,

I accidentally deleted the Edit Task Form Link in the Assign Flexi task Action. Is this property available in the "Common" or "Item Properties"?

I need to author a notification and include the link to the task form so that user can select an outcome.
