Worklist is sent to multiple approvers and each approver can fill their comments and say approve or reject. if there are multiple approvers(destination users), how to retrieve the comments? so i can save into a SharePoint Custom List for user to view.

You know that SharePoint (MOSS) delivers an Approval and Collect Feedback workflow 'out of the box' right? When these don't meet your requirements you can design your own. I would suggest that you create one activity, with a Client Event, and an List Item Event that creates an item in a 'Comments list', with the comment. So if there are 5 approvers, the workflow creates 5 items in the 'Comments list'.
