after performing a migration of content using Metalogix from our staging environment to our production environment, we realized that we didn't backup the Nintex form in production, and the migration process overwrote the form. Within the Nintex Forms Document Library, I can see previous versions of the forms, however I have not been successful in restoring a form.

Is it possible to restore a form following this path?

I have a backup of the list that the associated form was attached to, but no site collection backup

I know it is a bit late but thought my answer might help others who come to this post.

Go to the hidden library http://<Site>/NintexForms and identify the form you need to restore.

Go through the version history and identify the version ( either using the last modified date or using the version number)

Restore the older version and publish it.

At this point I assumed it would automatically work, but the trick was to then open the form in Nintex designer and publish it back.
