My company has about 10,000 persons.
I want to use K2.Net CPU license in my company.
So, how many CPU should I need ?
(Perhaps, the number of CPU also depends on CPU capability?)

The problem here :
Because of 10 000 users .So to be improve speed of response.
We want to use some CPU for hosting k2 server by Load balancing.
So anyone can give us some advice about how many CPU (A server computer has one or two CPU)we should use???

It depends on the concurrent usage of the users and number of processes and complexity of the code. To be safe get a server with 2 dual-core Opteron servers with 4gb memory. (e.g. HP385)
You can add additional servers of that configuration to scale out when needed.
