Response time issue with smart object linked to Active Directory (AD) - Instance "User Role Manager Service"/"URM Service"/User
 

Diagnoses


We have several customers having a large number of records in the active directory (30 000 or more).
We use picker on this active directory (Instance "User Role Manager Service"/"URM Service"/User)
If the user fill the exact name, and click on search button, we don't have result immediately: the system try to get all the AD records.
For example: If I add in bulk only 10 000 records in AD (See attached script), I need to wait 1 minutes and seconds before having a result.

Do we have a best practice about how to avoid this type of response time issue?
