request data without e-mail notificatin?

Dear All,

i have a workflow with a request data object. Is it possible, to use a distribution list as a "collect from"?

Is there another way (another object) where i can do this ?

for information:

we have a department and the department has One E-Mail Adress (e.g. support@xyz.com).

everyone behind this one e-mail adress should be able to fill out the "request data" field.

is this possible or is there another way?

ok i got it.

i will send an e-mail notification to the "one e-mail adress" and then use the "request data" action - but - without notification.

I think this will work for me.
