Symptoms

Reports not working after upgrade. We just upgraded from 4.5 1420 to 4.6.11.
Getting the following error when accessing Report Wizard from Workspace:
“This data source is not configured to be used as a reporting data source”

 

Diagnoses

The issue was caused by incorrect Connection String was configured for Workflow Reporting Service Instance.
 

Resolution

Customer was able to resolve the issue by correcting the connection string to point to correct K2 DB.
