If you are a site administrator, go to Site Actions | K2 Site Settings, go to the K2 Events Integration menu item at the bottom.  From the K2 Manage Events page you can remove the process integration from a list or library.

2. What version of K2 are you running?
   
3. Is the event still used in the workflow and is it still present on the workflow itself?
   
4. What type of event is the one you are trying to remove {i.e. SharePoint Documentation, SharePoint List item, etc.?}

Please note that this is currently a known issue and is as per design. There is a feature request logged for this on our system for the ability to remove Intergation from a workflow.
