Removal of rule statement causes Warning "Each block requirees at least one action"
 

Diagnoses

On a view I have a data label with rule for the change event. This rule has a number of conditions. When I remove some of the conditions and actions I get a warning message "Each block requirees at least one action". This message prevents saving of the rule. It does not appear that there is any blocks with no actions.

I am able to eventually get past this issue by removing some actions/conditions one by one and saving and then removing more.

Known bug ... has been linked . To get around it ... Before deleting the If , move the actions in it down out of the Block and you should be able to delete it without getting the error
