Symptoms


When we use the standard service "Enpoints Assembly" if the procedure take more than 5 minutes, we get the following error message:
Object 'xxxxx' has been disconnected or does not exist at the server.

Diagnoses


The issue appears exactly after 5 minutes.
Seems to be linked to old KB: http://help.k2.com/kb001146
But this KB does not work for version 4.6.11.
 

Resolution

As workaround, the customer create his own service broker and in this case we don't have any issue.
In parallele the labs provide a ColdFix: Validated by Support but not installed on customer side due to the workaround.
