The Rejected paths for all activities is redirected to a single activity holding cleint event that has a form holding a warning message; this activity has a destination rule that should be filled. the problem is that the other activities are handled by different users; how to let it be redirected to the previous user to the one who rejected it in order to show him the message?


 


Are there any other suggested solutions for this problem?

when you are in the context of those activities, capture the destination user and store it in a process data field, and assign the warning activity to this data field as destination.

In case of a varying number of users/Groups/Roles for activites what do you suggest?

I cant think of a better solution, for varying number of users/groups or roles, consider xml repeating nodes.
