Regarding approval by multiple destination users in parallel

Hi,


I have an activity which has 2 destination users. Both the users should approve to proceed further.


If the first user rejects, the task should be removed from the worklist of the other user and the workflow should take the reject path.


Please let me know how this can be accomplished.

    First off, set the Activity Slots to two.


    Then configure your Outcomes as:


    Approved - All slots = Approved


    Declined - At least one slot = Decline


    Note that if you have already configured your Outcomes once, you should also refresh the lines to reflect the same. Best is to click the "Generate Line Rules" in the Outcomes screen to ensure new settings are reflected.
