We are using K2 to manage project-style processes, where each project has the same roles, but different people are in the role for each instance.  We now have a scenario where a project manager has been taken off the project midway through, and a new user assigned as Project Manager. However, the first PM is still active on a number of other projects - so Out of Office does not work for the situation.

We are currently redirecting each worklist task manually as it appears on the Management Console Worklist screen. Is there a way of reassigning/ redirecting all remaining tasks for that role to the new person at once? How does one let K2 know that that Role is now a different user/ destination for that process?
