Hi,

 

We have around 150 requests pending for person A who is longer in the organisation. I need to redirect theses requests to person B. 

I know i can do this by going to K2 workpsace - worklists. Search for person B and redirect it.

My question is - will this send an email to person B? Person B does not want to receive 150 mails when this process is done?

Can someone please confirm and any way to avoid sending mail to person B? 

They will recieve the email if the email is enabled, and I'm not aware of any way to prevent the email without doing something drastic.  Anybody else?


If it is of any help, the particular task i am referring to here, is not configured to send mail. When I designed the workflow - i disabled the option - 'notify particiapants when they receive a work item'. So person A never received a mail. So will redirecting send a mail to person B?
