Re-running a client event sometimes changes the rule order on a form.

Symptoms


We have rules configured on a button click on a form. When we run through the client event again (Without changing anything) and I re-open the form, the rule order has been changed. The last IF block gets moved up.

Diagnoses


After some investigations we were able to reproduce the issue using a SharePoint solution and a solution using just Smartforms and a workflow.

Resolution

There is no fix for this. At the moment the workaround for this is to move the rules back to where they belong after deployment. This is a known issue and is currently slated to be addressed in Appit 1.4 and blackpearl 4.7.
