We have a K2 server in the LAN. For internet access from the LAN is necessary to use proxy server. Proxy is set in Internet Explorer, so that from the browser it is Internet accessible.

When trying to configure integration with Exchange online for use SmartActions using K2 blackpearl Setup Manager can not detect EWS URL. Also it does allow you to continue with the initial configuration set up.

Is it possible to configure and use integration with Exchange online in conjunction with a proxy server?


 

Resolution

Make sure that the proxy settings is disabled for the K2 service account (Removing the proxy settings from the internet explorer under the K2 Service account).

You may further recieve an error 'ErrorMissingEmailAddress'. This shows that the account may not have the actual mailbox upon their system. So you will have to add the mailbox to allow the error to go away.
