Symptoms
Initial loads are really slow. After a few minutes of using forms they load properly.
Diagnoses
Slow response from the server or even a slow initialize can be due to over load, Bad Indexing with search results.
Resolution
workaround was to use Windows Task Scheduler to create a task on a server that will open Internet Explorer which in turn will open an often used SmartForms Runtime URL to "warmup" that specific site before the users start work in the mornings.
Also note that this has to do with Application Pool recycling, which by default has been set to every 20 minutes, they should increase this value to 16 hours -andgt 920 minutes to prevent this from happening.
