Progress workflow flexi tasks not assigned to me

Hi,

I wonder if there is any way to complete / progress workflow tasks which were assigned to a user , who left the company?

I can open the task form , but it is read only and says " * You are not authorized to review this item."

As a site collection owner , I think I should be able to progress incomplete tasks.

    How about delegating the task to yourself first?

    Hi Azra,

    as Rick mentioned, delegating the task is the right thing to do here. In case there are multiple tasks for the user who left the company, you can use the "DelegateAllTasks" method provided by the NWAdmin tool.
