Symptoms
Child processes kicked by IPC events are starting after 1 hour instead of immediately.
Diagnoses
This issue is caused when the system time of the K2 server and SQL server are not set to the same time zone.
Resolution
Updating the time zone on the K2 app server to match the time zone of the SQL server and restart K2 service resolved the issue.
