I have a K2 process in BlackPoint which uses an Infopath form. After the user submits the form, I change the current view for "MainView" then I save the InfoPath in a document library.
I have enabled the submit option in the "MainView" and when the user modify data in this view and then click Submit, the K2 process starts although the view is not the view that I have sopecified in the K2 process.
Is it a bug? Is there any work around this?
Have a look at the submit rules in infopath - Tools -> Submit Options ->Rules. In here you will see the rules around when to submit to the workflow, you can amend these rules if you wish (i.e add a condition to say only fire if the view is 'the view' ect. Off the top of my head I cannot recall if K2 will overight your changes to the Can I Submit to workflow rule at any time.
