Process Viewflow Error: .NET Framework error while accessing Viewflow diagram of a workflow process
 

Diagnoses

The error that occurs here is when the viewflow of an instance of a process in K2 Workspace is clicked and you will see the following error:

"Server Error '/ViewFlow' Application.

An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request.

Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'"

 

Resolution

Usually in cases like this, you will find that the .net version that was being referenced within the error is different to the one that has been selected within the K2 Blackpearl Application pool. If you change this to use the correct .Net Framework version this should resolve the error at hand.
