I have configured a process to run daily in the Process Schedules section of the K2 Process Portal with the configuration below. It ran on 16 May as instructed but has not run since. I've also noticed that if I edit an existing schedule, it does not run. I have to create a new schedule for it to run.  Has anyone had any similiar experiences with the schedule, particularly using the 'daily' setting and it only running once? Thanks.

I have experienced similar issues. The workaround for me was to delete the schedule and re-create it from scratch.


We think the problems we were having were due to the recurrence pattern and the date format we had on our SharePoint site. The site date format was DDMMYYYY but when editing the schedule, the K2 form was still MMDDYYYY. K2 thought it was to do with this.


In the end we changed the schedule configuration's recurrence pattern to 'intervals' of 1 day and it has been working ever since!
