Process Rights not picking up users
 

Diagnoses

For my process rights, I have added SharePoint Groups from the site for each given app. The sites have a members group, which has start and view/participate rights on the process. We have an intranet all users group in AD, and it is a part of these sites. However, when users (whom are a part of this all users group) go to submit a form that kicks off the workflow, we get the xxx user does not have rights to start the process message.
 

Resolution

The users and groups were mirrored over from a different K2 environment. Re-adding the users to the groups has alleviated the issue.
