I have given process rights to all my Platform users but still the workflow is not getting triggerred and keep complaining that the user doesnt have start rights. This looks weird to me as the process working fine since 5-6 months but all of the sudden after i install the 4.6.5 this issue is coming now. We have distributed sharepoint environemnt with 4 servers (2 WFE's, 1 App and 1 K2).
 

Resolution

Customer was provided with the 4.6.5 Identity Service coldfix and ADUM coldfix. We recommend upgrading past version 4.6.5, as these fixes were included in later releases.
