we are designing a new K2 smartforms application, how do i open access to all? every user has right to create a new request without K2 Admin have to add them one by one in k2 workspace - process rights

 

we tried adding groups in process rights as per screenshot/ but is it possible to allow access to all.

If you are using AD, then you should be able to add the group "K2:<domain name>Domain Users". This should grant all users within your AD the right to this process.
