Is there an out of the box report that allows users to track changes made to multiple workflow process rights instead of manually checking clicking in and checking each workflow.

There are not out of the box reports at this time that allows this functionality.
Resolution
Feature request to add an out of the box report that allows user to view all changes made to process rights, for all workflows. Generate an audit trail report that shows all changes made to [Process Rights] within a given date range.
