Hi, has enyone ever come across a process that was performed again after it was already approved?

This seems to to happen intermittently and can't really identify the root-cause.

This is a rather vague question. Can you describe what the process is doing and how you built it, as well as supply some more information about what happens when it runs again? Specifically, is it the same process that simply starts over? Or is it creating a new process? Also, how are you starting the process in the first place?
