Symptoms
I cant seem to "Deny" a user to perform a certain action using "Action Rights" in the SP2010 process portal site.
Diagnoses
We can do this via workspace, so this seems to be a lack of functionality on the "SP web part" side. This appears to be a bug.
Resolution
I sent the ticket to LABS and the engineer working it logged an item in TFS for investigations.
