Diagnoses


Serverlog DB is full and cannot write to Serverlog tables. ServerLog DB would have gone offline when it ran out of disk space. At this moment the logservice would have stopped offloading date to the ServerLog DB and log data would have stayed in the Server DB.

 

Resolution

As soon as the ServerLog DB is back online and the K2 blackpearl Server service is restarted, the logservice would have started processing the backlog by writing the data to the ServerLog.

Suggestions:

To check if there is still a backlog on the Server DB that needs to be processed, run the following query against the K2Server DB: "SELECT count (*) FROM OK2Server].rdbo].o_Log]".

It should return a number showing the amount of entries that still needs to be written to the ServerLog DB.
