We have K2 application is running, For a folio is not possible to approve for a user and I have checked K2 Process manager it is showing as error status. And for the same process in the error profiles it is showing the error as "No Email Address was supplied, please rectify and try again." Because of this the user is unable to move forward. Is there any way to chnage the process status of the Process manager and retrieve the process into active mode.

I'm not sure if this will help however the error:


 


"No Email Address was supplied, please rectify and try again."



K2 uses the attribute email of the Active Directory user properties.  So if you don't have an attribute set, then it'll offer up a blank value.


I suggest first ensuring that the e-mail address is right. If it is and you receive this error, then you might have an issue with your DNS or domain controller.
