Process Instance Data Audit Datafields are being created twice
 

Diagnoses

In the Process Overview, process instance data audit fields are duplicated when toggling between "View" and "View Participate" process rights for a user and the group in which the user is also a part of.

 

Resolution

This behavior was reproducible and a TFS item has been logged to be address in a future update. The data fields are only duplicated in the reports, not in the database. A possible workaround for the time being is to also give the explicitly added user "View Participate" rights if the group in which this user belongs is also given this right.
