Symptoms

The process title bar is only showing "SmartForms Integration", "Exception Rule", and "SmartObject Association", but the documentation shows several other options. This is in Visual Studio 2015. Attached is a screenshot of this.
 

Diagnoses

Advised customer to uninstall and reinstall k2 for visual studio. Customer created a new k2 process and all icons are showing as expected. However, the old k2 process are still missing icons (Process General Property, Process Escalation, Process Start/Finish Rule, and Process Reference).
 

Resolution

Logged a bug regarding the issue mentioned on the ticket and linked this ticket to TFS item. The bug once reviewed will be fixed in the future versions of the K2 product.
Workaround is to create a new k2 process and view it's xml. Compare the new k2 process xml to the old process xml to see the missing xml (andlt/PropertyWizardDefinitionandgtandlt/PropertyWizardDefinitionsandgt) for the missing icons. Add the xml for the icon to the old process to resolve the issue.
