Resolution

The user was advised that this project would be better suited to the task(s) by splitting it up into 4 separate workflows. The reason for that being that while the workflows would at times be routed to the same persons, there was no cross dependencies meaning that it could be divided into 4 more focused processes which gives a certain security in that one process undergoing maintenance or being added to would not impact the function of the others.
