Symptoms
I went and did a new K2 server install and added to an existing K2 farm and database. Initially we had trouble with our claims authentication and I was able to get that resolved by changing some table changes that were made by the install. However now when we go to one of our forms or applications it doesn't appear to load the page correctly. I'd say it’s not loading the theme or style sheet correctly.
Diagnoses
The issue was resolved after we enabled Anonymous Authentication for SmartForms Designer and Runtime sites.
