In our project we have implemented that, the user who initiates the Workflow is assigned to the first activity , but now I want the workflow to be initiated by a user and the first activity should be assign to a different user .
Is this Behaviour possible and how?

Hi Taher,
This is definitely possible - you just need to assign the correct user as the destination rule for the activity. Right-click on the activity's icon and select properties, then select the tab icon on the left with the image of people (or something along those lines). Now instead of having the originator in there you can either type in a person's name, drag a person in from the user browser, or drag on a data field (but make sure that the value in the data field has been set).
Just to add here then ensure the user that initiates the workflow has been granted start rights.
