I added a print button to my form according to this blog post Print Button - Nintex Forms. I have the approval history written to a multiple line of text field in my item, and it doesn't print when the form is printed. The multi line text field is set to plain text. This is for audit evidence, so the approval history is what we really need. Any one know why the approval history won't print? Examples of everything are attached.

isn't it long text on pages 5-7 your history trail from taxt box?
Why, yes, you are right...feeling a little stupid here. I just didn't scroll down far enough. Not sure why it prints so much blank space before printing the text, but I guess we can live with it.
don't worry. we all have times when we don't see the most obvious solution 
try to print from other browser, you might get better result.
from my experience FF or chrome provide quite usable outputs
