In the Update Document action there is a "Preserve formatting" button. Checking or unchecking the button appears to have no effect on the text in the control.
What I want to do is retain the text from the rich text SharePoint field. It really only some bold text, but the whole of the text shouldn't be bold. Does anyone know how to make this work?
