Symptoms

Post-Deployment: Unable to register dependencies for SmartObject. While I did deployment, I got the error as attached snapshot: Post-Deployment: Unable to register dependencies for SmartObject. I don't really understand what the error is. Could you please help me how I could fix it.

 

Diagnoses

SmartObjects are based in Service Instances. If a service instance is out of sync from the source environment the SmartObjects will not deploy
 

Resolution


Restoring the database whish is used to create the smartobject from the source to the destination resolved the issue.
