Diagnoses

When you receive an error message stating the following "There is an error in XML document (1,91)" on an autocomplete control, which happens on the "on change rule".

Two other controls that have the same configuration that are fine.

Deleting the control and all its reference does not help and when running the view you get another error message "Requested value "ViewField" was not found."

It seems that the view is now corrupted.




 

Resolution

It seems that the first issue may be related to the rules that were running in batch mode, which seemed to manipulate the control in a weird way.

The view field error itself may be down to the populate rule connect to the autocomplete control which doesn't update once the smart object is changed.
