Are the K2 BlackPoint able to work with the InfoPath Form Services? If yes, how to configure it?
My step is ...
1. I've installed SharePoint, create Document Library, publish InfoPath form, enable web page, I can open form in IE and save it.
2. I've installed K2 BlackPoint, create K2 workflow, integrated it to that Document Library and enable web page. I can open form in IE but the error occur after I submit it.
Like Ruben mentioned, best way to resolve this problem is to go to the 12 hive and look for an entry form Form Services. It will more then likely tell you the error while it can be submitted. Let us know if it's still doesn't help you resolve the problem. There is a number of possibilites that would cause the form not to submit.

And now I can submit my form at web base after I follow my step ...
1. Go to Central Administrator-->InfoPath Forms Services-->Configure InfoPath Forms Services and check for enable the following feature
- Embeded SQL Authentication
- Authentication to data sources (user form templates)
- Cross-Domain Access for User Form Templates
2. Go to Manage the Web services proxy and enable following feature
- Enable the Web service proxy
- Enable the web service proxy for user forms
